Some days we’re founders building Thailand’s first Insights Discovery® partnership. Some days we’re husband and wife navigating cultural differences (he’s Indian, she’s Thai). Some days we’re simply two humans learning, adjusting, and figuring it out together.

We’ve lived the reality of cross-cultural relationships, navigated the friction that comes from different working styles, and learned that the best teams aren’t built on similarity. They’re the ones where people truly understand each other’s differences and turn them into strengths.
