About 20 to 25 minutes, completed online in your own time. No preparation needed and no right or wrong answers. We also have a tutorial video available in Thai & English to make the process simple and easy.  Most people find it surprisingly straightforward and even enjoyable.

Your profile belongs to you. Insights Discovery® is built on the principle that self-awareness works best when it feels safe, so participants own their results and choose what to share and with whom.

In practice, most people share their profiles openly with their team. It becomes a natural conversation starter and often one of the most candid conversations a team has had in a long time.

The online evaluator will be available in Thai from end of April 2026. Profiles are generated in English, and if anyone needs support understanding or translating their results, we’re here to help. 

Your core colour preferences tend to stay relatively stable and research shows high consistency when people retake the evaluator over time. Think of your profile as a strong foundation, not a fixed label.

That said, life changes you. A new role, a significant personal event, years of deliberate personal growth can all shift how you show up. Some people who retake the evaluator after a major life or career change do notice a difference, and that’s completely normal. It reflects how you’ve adapted, grown, or responded to new demands.
