Most teams begin with Beginning the Journey workshop. Teams ready for measurable, lasting change bundle all three into the 90-Day Journey. You’re not locked into a path. Each module delivers its own value.

Half-day or full-day, depending on the module and your team’s depth. Typical sessions run 4 to 7 hours. We design around your team’s calendar.

Yes. The same frameworks apply at every level. We’ve worked with executive teams, leadership teams, and cross-functional project teams. What changes is the conversation. Leadership teams often need more time on alignment and decision-making, while operational teams often focus on handover, trust, and communication rhythm.

Masterclasses work best with intact teams of 8–20. For larger rollouts, we run multiple sessions or phase the program across functions.
 

Yes. All our masterclasses can be delivered in Thai, English, or bilingual.

The obvious next step is Building Team Norms. It uses the shared language Insights Discovery® gave you and turns it into specific agreements for how your team works. From there, most teams look at Stakeholder Management & Team Leadership skills to complete the program and get a full program impact report.

Journey pricing reflects the custom design, measurement, and 1:1 coaching included. We share pricing during the consultation once we understand your team size and goals.

Typical lead time is 15 days from first conversation to kickoff. During those 15 days, we complete needs analysis, focus group discussion, content customisation, profile generation and any pre-work. This can be fast-tracked if needed.
