Every engagement, single module or full Journey, runs through the same five stages:

  • Understand: We start with a team performance assessment, a short focus group, and Insights profiles to identify where your team is strong and where it’s stuck.
  • Customise: We tailor the content, examples, and language to your team’s industry, challenges, and communication norms.
  • Build: Your team gains practical tools for collaboration, communication, and trust in sessions designed for application.
  • Embed: Post-session, your team receives a 30-day behaviour tracker, manager toolkit, and best-practice guides to reinforce new behaviours.
  • Measure: A follow-up team performance assessment and written impact report show exactly how your team has shifted.

Yes. Each masterclass is a standalone half-day or full-day workshop. Many clients start with one masterclass and expand from there.

No. Our masterclasses use established frameworks Goleman’s EQ Domains, GROW, SBI feedback, the 3Cs of Executive Presence. Insights Discovery® is integral to our 6-month Leadership Journey, but not required for masterclasses.

You’ll see measurable progress at three points during the 6-month leadership development journey:

  • Month 1: Clear development goals tied to business needs
  • Month 3: Mid-point report showing behaviour shifts
  • Month 6: Impact report with data on leadership improvements and team performance changes

You’re tracking measurable leadership training outcomes throughout.

  2. Our pool of coaches are Thai, fluent in English and is ICF-certified.
  3. It’s coaching-intensive (12 one-on-one sessions), not just masterclasses and workshops.

Yes, because we don’t ask them to abandon Thai cultural values. We help them develop skills that work in both Thai and international contexts. The Insights Discovery® framework gives managers a non-threatening language to discuss their development without feeling criticized.

Yes. Our trainers and coaches are bilingual and can speak Thai, English, or switch between both depending on your preferences.

We don’t recommend it. Behavior change takes time and practice. Managers need to apply new skills in real situations, face challenges, get coaching support, and build confidence.

Having said that, you will get a mid-point report at the end of month 3 to review the impact of the program.

You will get a quantitative and qualitative impact report.Your managers will have the tools and self-awareness to continue developing independently.

Many organisations choose to offer follow-up coaching sessions (quarterly or bi-annual) to maintain momentum, but it’s not required.

You can have as many managers. We keep a healthy balance of 6-8 coachees per coach.

Payment is structured in 3 phases, so you only pay for the phases completed. If a manager leaves after Phase 1, you’ve only invested phase 1 fees.

That said, the program often increases retention because managers feel personally invested in their growth.

Both. The program works for new managers building foundational skills and mid-level managers who need to scale their leadership.

We adjust coaching focus based on experience level during the goal-setting phase.

Coaching sessions can be either on-site at your office, or virtually or hybrid  if needed. The initial workshop and 360° feedback process work best in person.
