Jirina usually publishes a monthly gratitude post on Facebook and Instagram, and we wanted to share that with you here as well.
So here’s what we’re grateful for this month:
TRANSVERSAL AGILITY PROGRAM
This leadership team of an international airport had just delivered a mega project, after one of their toughest 3 years, especially with their key stakeholder being the central government.
The CEO wanted to enter this new phase with a fresh sheet. He wanted to build a culture of “transversal agility.” In other words, creating a norm where leadership team members:
- Share information and collaborate across functions rather than operating in silos
- Take ownership of the team’s outcomes, not just their own functions
- Get to know each other as humans, beyond just their work titles

One of our low-risk, high-return activities is, at the end of the program, asking team members to share one thing they love about their team. Here’s how this team feels:

INSIGHTS DISCOVERY® PERSONAL EFFECTIVENESS
18 members of a big Pharma company from different functions, positions and locations came together to gain deeper self-awareness. In simple words, to understand:
- How their psychological preferences impact their decisions at work
- How their colour energies influence their interactions with key stakeholders
- How their blind spots may be stopping their growth
It was fun, interactive, yet filled with some genuinely complicated questions. One that stood out:
“How do you improve collaboration with your opposite type who only sees your bad day mode?”

Jirina and Girish are a living response to that question. Both are opposite types. Before Insights Discovery®, Girish’s first entrepreneurial venture didn’t survive, partly because they hadn’t yet learned how to leverage that difference.
Today, neither can imagine running Victus People without the other.
As Carl Jung once said,
Knowing your own darkness is the best method for dealing with the darkness of other people.”
COMMUNICATION FOR TEAM BUILDING AND COLLABORATION
This multinational, cross-functional team is young, sincere, and works remotely. Everyone seems to be meeting their KPIs. Nothing is broken.
However, and this is to the credit of the leader, she realised that if she could turn these individuals into one collective unit, they could outperform their own expectations. The key to unlocking that was building a stronger sense of belonging among the members. In other words, helping team members:
- Get to know each other beyond their Teams square
- Learn the unique value each one brings, along with their blind spots
- Design an action plan to turn insights into impact
One of the peak moments of the workshop was when the leader shared her intention to eventually bring the wider team together across countries, and this group would be the first to pilot it.

PATHA
Some things you do for a living, some things you do for your soul, and some things help you do both.

PATHA is our new initiative to support high-functioning Thai professionals who want to live a life intentionally designed around who they truly are.
So many of us end up on a path we never quite chose. We build the career, the status, the life and somewhere along the way, feel a quiet sense that something’s missing.
Using Jungian psychology, deep reflection, and tools built specifically for this journey, we help people write their own path. And own it.
More to come in the next newsletter.
INSIGHTS TO IMPACT #3 – AN INVITATION-ONLY EVENT
This month, we’re bringing together a small, select group of leaders to introduce a framework used by organisations in 60 countries. One that most Thai companies haven’t even heard of yet.

How are other organisations using this?
- Supporting leaders build resilient teams
- Equipping middle management to communicate change with clarity
- Shaping organisational culture where change is embraced not feared.
We’re keeping this one intentionally small. If you’d like your organisation to be part of it, DM us. 🤓
