We were excited and proud to host Thailand’s first-ever public Insights Discovery (ID) event. Leaders from different industries came to explore the ID tool and model, and we were lucky to have some well-known Thai personalities join us too. The biggest challenge was to squeeze all that great content into just three hours without overwhelming everyone.

Here are two comments from the event;

“We have different colours, and each color brings its own strengths. As a team leader, knowing how to bring out the best in people allows you to leverage these strengths and build a high-performance team.”

“It truly helps to understand people around you and there should be more connection to understand each other.”

A Meaningful Connection

This workshop gave us a really special moment. The room was buzzing with Cool Blue and Fiery Red energies, setting the tone for a session that was thorough yet concise, emotionally rich yet cognitively-driven. What made it special was witnessing the team lead build psychological safety by encouraging each member to share both their strengths and development goals, alongside the support they seek from their colleagues. Leading by example, he initiated round-table sharing himself. Seeing this openness made the day feel extra meaningful for us.

Diwali Celebration

Our team celebrated Diwali in India this year! We also shared a post on the meaning of Diwali and how understanding its significance can help strengthen connections with Indian colleagues. For many Indians, Diwali is more than a festival. It’s a reflection of India’s rich, vibrant cultural traditions. Here’s a simple Diwali greeting you can use to join in the celebration:

• Aapko Deepawali Ki Bohot Bohot Shubhkamnaiyeh! (Wishing you many, many good wishes for Diwali!)

 

Bridging Cultures

We’re currently working on a 4-month training journey for an organization with two main nationalities working together. Their goal is to bridge cultural gaps and create a foundation for mutual respect and understanding. The program focuses on:

• building self- and cultural awareness,
• recognising and respecting different work styles, and
• promoting open, inclusive communication.

 

We’re designing parallel journeys for the leadership and operations teams, with regular touch-points to track progress. It’s been quite a creative challenge, but after many brainstorming sessions, we’re excited to share the first version of the journey.

Ready for Singapore!

We’re thrilled about our upcoming visit to Singapore this month for the Insights Live event! This year’s theme is “The Human Advantage,” focusing on “adaptability in our ever-changing digital world”. This month, we’re recording our very first fully asynchronous online Emotional Intelligence course in Thai. What’s even better—one of our team members is currently enrolled in the only digital Emotional Intelligence training program affiliated with Dr. Goleman himself. Our goal is to create a highly practical, relevant, and actionable course tailored specifically to the Thai corporate environment. More updates coming soon.
