What’s your score?
Average Workshop Rating
So far, we’ve delivered 7 Insights Discovery programs to 73 participants, with an average rating of 4.72 out of 5! Not bad, ha! 😃 Wonder what it would look like after 50 or 100 programs. We’re committed to continuous improvement and challenging ourselves to maintain that high standard.
How do you measure quality and customer satisfaction?
One, Two, Three… We Met the Insights ELT!
(Does that rhyme in your head too? 😁)
This month, we had the pleasure of meeting three members of the Insights executive leadership team. They were so down-to-earth, open to feedback, and curious about our work here in Thailand. Both Insights and Victus People share a common passion for spreading the benefits of the incredible Insights Discovery tool.
Daniel Goleman once said in an interview with PWC publication,
I would know Emotional Intelligence was a success if I overheard two strangers talking about it.
Our goal is something similar. One day, we hope to overhear Thais chatting away about their colour energies.
The Three Musketeers
The full Victus People team got together for a workshop, with Yogesh joining us in person! He’s fantastic at taking participants on a self-discovery journey, and it was a great chance for us to observe and learn from one another. Together, Yogesh Dani‘s wisdom, Jirina Kiatlertpongsa’s nurturing warmth, and Girish Mulani’s vibrancy create a unique synergy that participants deeply connect with.
Oh, and fun fact: Yogesh had his first-ever Thai massage during this trip. We’re pretty sure it won’t be his last. 😆
First E-Course Recorded Successfully
Our Thai e-course on Emotional Intelligence, in collaboration with @Blacksmith, is officially recorded and will be available to the public soon! This is just the first of many. We want to make EQ accessible to as many professionals in Thailand as possible, especially since it ranks among the top 10 skills for the future (according to the World Economic Forum’s Future of Jobs Report 2025).
This was Jirina, pushing herself out of her comfort zone again. As Ryan Holiday said,
The Obstacle is the way.
Cross-Cultural Collaboration Activity Idea 😁
This week, we’re in India, and it’s Jirina’s first-ever extravagant Indian wedding experience (not quite Ambani-level, but still a spectacle!). If you want a crash course in Indian culture, weddings are the way to go; provided you can soak in the music, colours, and drama.
Do you think multicultural teams should attend special events of their colleagues? We believe it’s a great way to foster understanding, connection, and belonging.
That’s a Wrap!
